How Do I Add a New Custom Notification?

Adding a custom notification allows you to track key metrics across all your merchant accounts. Follow these steps to add a new notification.

Step 1

Open the notification drawer from the sidebar

Step 2

Click the “Add Notification” button which will open a new window.

Step 3

Complete each field. (The example shown would use the color orange to highlight any MID that has a Visa chargeback count greater than 50.)

Step 4

Choose which day of the month you’d like to start receiving emails about your custom notifications. This is helpful if you only need to watch certain metrics at the end of each month.
