Welcome to Midigator® user tutorials.
The DisputeFlow response builder is made up of several different sections. The section we are going to look at in this tutorial is the section that includes proof of service or delivery evidence.
The information you provide here is important.
You sold something to the customer — whether that was a physical good, a digital good, or a service. Now, you have to prove you actually provided that item as promised.
The type of evidence you include here will depend on what you sold.
If you sold physical goods, you could add a screenshot of the carrier’s delivery confirmation notice.
If you provided a service, you could upload the signed contract.
The purchase of digital goods usually has corresponding usage logs or login information.
Gather the evidence you think is most compelling and save it in a single file—either a JPG, PNG, or PDF. You can drag and drop, or search for the file to upload.
When you are finished with this section, mark it complete.
Like other sections in the builder, you have the option to omit it from the dispute response package. However, the evidence you provide here is usually very valuable and can directly impact your probability of winning.
You can also rearrange the order of sections to feature your proof of service or delivery evidence more prominently if you want.
When you are done, move on to the next section or click Next Step if the dispute response is finished.
