Each variable analytics chart provides unique information that can help identify the underlying cause of your disputes. This insight can help you solve issues at their source.

The Price Point chart makes it easy to split test price points and balance risk with revenue.

Find the price point sweet spot that optimizes profitability – generate sufficient revenue, yet reduce the risk of disputes, cut costs, and increase conversions.

Various features allow you to analyze this chart’s data in greater detail.

Hover Stats

Hover over any slice of the pie chart. A popup box will display:

  • the price being monitored

  • the number of prevention cases associated with that price point

  • the percent of total prevention cases at that price point

Filtering Data by Vendor

You can view charts for each of your different prevention services (Ethoca alerts, Verifi alerts, Order Insight, and Consumer Clarity).

  • Click on each service option, and the charts will update.

Filtering Data by Date Range

The data displayed in your charts is limited to activity that took place during the time you specified in the Date Range Selector. If you update the date range, the data will adjust.

The default time frame for the Date Range Selector is This Month (month-to-date activity). If you’d like to analyze data during a different time frame, click the date in the upper right corner of any page. This user guide explains how to customize your date ranges.

Midigator also has a Price Point chart for chargeback data. It shows the chargeback count, percent of chargebacks, and the chargeback-to-transaction ratio for the different price points being analyzed.

  • Expand the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

  • Click on the Analytics page.

  • Select Price Point from the chart dropdown.

I sell products at lots of different price points. Why aren’t all of them listed on the Price Point chart?

Many of the analytics charts show just 10 data sources. These 10 entries are the highest risk and in need of the most attention.
