As of March 6, 2023, RDR reporting is now displayed in the Midigator app. Visit the prevention page to view your data.

Data related to each individual case can be found in the Completed Prevention Cases table. View the status column to note whether the refund was accepted or declined.

And a high-level overview of activity and coverage can be found in the analytics charts.

You can also view the variable analytics breakdown charts by RDR data.

To enhance reporting capabilities for our Events API users, we also incorporated a new event type — rdr.new — that will be available on March 27, 2023. The new event allows API users to receive a notification every time an RDR case is processed. This new capability allows for greater transparency around dispute resolution efforts.
