We are pleased to announce the addition of an alternate Transaction ID field in DisputeFlow (DF). The alternate_transaction_id field is shown in the DF table between the transaction_id and ARN fields.

The alternate_transaction_id refers to a transaction-specific identifier that is specific to the payment processor being used. In many cases, this ID corresponds to the Order ID stored in the customer’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or OMS.
